Role Overview: Junior Litigation Associate
This entry-level position is ideal for law graduates looking to build a strong foundation in litigation. The role requires frequent appearances before District Courts, the High Court of Karnataka, and other forums, along with client coordination and hands-on casework.
Key Responsibilities
- Appear regularly before District Courts, High Court, and tribunals across Bangalore
- Draft pleadings, petitions, legal notices, applications, and opinions
- Conduct case law research and prepare concise legal briefs
- Coordinate with clients, senior counsel, and court clerks
- Maintain case files and ensure all hearings and deadlines are tracked
- Assist in legal strategy meetings and internal case discussions
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
- Enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council
- 0–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience
- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong understanding of CPC, CrPC, and procedural aspects
- Excellent drafting and research abilities
- Ability to handle tasks independently, professionally, and on time
